Maximize your time by investing 4-12 weeks toward a lifetime of wellness. After completing a pre-meeting questionnaire, Deb will meet with you for an hour to better understand you and your goals. Based on your needs, we will work together to create a plan that includes regular meetings to assess progress and modify plan accordingly. Pricing is dependent on time and discounted for packages of more than 3 meetings.
